研究团队

本人长期关注并致力于植物根际微生物生态与土壤功能维持，逆境下根系与微生物（益生菌及病原菌）的互作及遗传调控机制解析等研究。作为核心成员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国际（地区）合作与交流项目及深圳市自然科学基金项目等多项。目前以第一作者（含共一）在Nature Communications（2024，2025）,The ISME Journal(2025)，iMeta(2022),Science of the total environment(2022),Applied soil ecology(2021)等杂志发表系列研究论文。

近年来主要围绕逆境胁迫下植物-微生物互作及其驱动的土壤微生物组生态功能变化开展系统性研究。近5年在土壤微生态、植物微生物互作领域期刊发表系列研究论文6篇，申请植物耐旱促生菌株专利1项。前期研究构建跨多组学（微生物组、比较基因组学、细菌培养组、转录组、代谢组等）、跨尺度（分子-群落-生态系统）的研究体系，积累了微生物/植物生物信息学数据挖掘、植物益生菌资源库构建、宿主高通量表型评估、细菌遗传操作与验证、田间土壤微生态评估等核心研究经验。后续主要研究方向：

(1)植物宿主如何定向塑造根际微生物组并提升其环境适应性(如盐碱胁迫)

(2)关键有益微生物胁迫条件下的耐逆及缓解植物胁迫压力的功能维持机制

(3)植物-微生物双向调控因子/信号物质挖掘

(4)作物-有益微生物互利共生关系的田间可持续性维持（应用）
