研究团队

深圳理工大学特聘教授、国家级海外青年人才项目获得者、深圳市“鹏城孔雀计划”特聘岗位B档入选者。通过整合植物分子遗传学、生物化学、细胞生物学和合成生物学等多学科的技术手段，主要从事生长素调控植物适应性生长和可塑性发育的分子机理、植物环状核苷一磷酸cNMP的功能解析和植物合成生物学方面的研究。首次发现生长素受体TIR1/AFBs具有核苷酸环化酶活性，为生长素信号转导研究开辟了新的方向。证明cNMP对生长素信号转导的重要性，有望结束近半个世纪对植物cNMP重要性的争议，推动植物cNMP相关研究。发表SCI论文20余篇，总引用次数2000余次。其中以第一或共同第一作者在Nature、Plant Cell、Plant Physiology、New Phytologist和PLoS Genetics等国际知名期刊发表学术论文6篇。多次为知名期刊审稿和在国际会议上作学术报告。

植物细胞信号转导及在农业合成生物学中的应用。目前主要研究方向包括：1.生长素信号转导及在农业合成生物学中的应用；2.环状核苷一磷酸cNMP在植物细胞信号转导中的功能解析及在农业合成生物学中的应用；3.基于合成生物学策略的作物改良、营养增强和绿色制造。
