With synthetic biology and advanced biomanu facturing technologies as its core engines,IAPP is committed to addressing excessive reliance on soy proteins. Its key research focuses aim to: create microalgal and duckweed cell factories with high photosynthetic efficiency and high protein yield, and build independently controllable "super microalgal and duckweed chassis"; develop next-generation industrial photobioreactors with high light energy conversion rates, and construct large scale smart production lines; advance the intensive processing of microalgal and duckweed proteins and the extraction of high-value compounds.
